Our Story:
I grew up with a passion for filmmaking and at a very young age, people hoping to save money began asking me to film weddings. I soon had a growing business on my hands and the most surprising part was learning just how overpriced most videography actually is.
It drove me crazy seeing “upscale” video options ranging from $3,500 to $5,500 dollars! So, I decided it was time for a more affordable alternative.
Ten years of wedding videography, a lifetime of filmmaking, and one SCAD Film and Television degree later, my goal is to capture each couple’s wedding day like a Hollywood documentary crew- creating a unique cinematic experience that allows couples to relive each moment of their day for a legitimately affordable price.
Because it can be so expensive, I’ve sadly seen couples consider video less important. As wonderful as pictures can be, they're just a single frame. Nothing can compare to reliving your wedding day in living color for years to come... The words spoken, loving glances, familiar faces and first dances- these precious moments deserve to be kept alive forever through the power of film.

Full-Day Wedding Package:
This is our most popular option, as it covers the ENTIRE WEDDING DAY at the most affordable price:
We capture your big day from start to finish- from hair and makeup preparations with the girls all the way to your post-reception sendoff. This extensive coverage allows us to create an unforgettable film unique to your wedding experience. For just $1950, Backyard Productions will document each intimate moment of your wedding story like a Hollywood film crew.
WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR:
- Full Day cinematic coverage (up to 9 hours on the day). Filmed in creative documentary style.
- Multiple cameras, 4k footage, glide-cam stabilizing technology, high-quality microphones, and more.
- Extensive editing and color correction process to make your wedding film as professional as possible.
- Full access to discuss your vision, expectations, or concerns so we can tailor our style to fit your needs.
- Multiple copies of your HD wedding DVD's with personalized covers, as well as digital content.
Ceremony Package:
Because the Full-Day Wedding Package covers the entire day, the story of your wedding can be told from start to finish in satisfying, cinematic scenes. The end result is a complete and intimate documentary where you are the star. The day goes by in a flash so, you'll want to relive each fleeting moment.
Still, if the Full-Day option isn't in your budget, we offer a Ceremony Package, priced at $1200. This option covers the 45 minutes leading up to the ceremony through the opening of the reception (wedding party intros).
Full-Day Luxury Package:
As the name suggests, this package is the upscaled full day coverage option. You're getting extensive 4k documentary coverage of your entire wedding day, our personalized editing process, plus these added items for $2950:
- HD Aerial Drone coverage for ceremony/venue exteriors etc. Want to take your wedding film to the next level? Cinematic drone footage can do the trick!
- Specialized on site sound engineer to capture the highest quality audio.
- Second Videographer for extra coverage.
